Historic Home Addition, San Rafael, California This exceptional example of Spanish Colonial architecture was originally constructed in 1932. A major renovation to the structure was undertaken several years ago. The new two story addition, just recently completed, contains a family room on the ground floor with closet and exercise area off the master bedroom above. Foot-thick brick walls along with steel framed windows & doors replicate the original dwelling. A total kitchen renovation next to a new outdoor cooking area and patio were completed at the same time. |
